Sweet, spicy, smoky... With the smell of grilling in the air, you'll have a hard time choosing. Don't worry though - you cannot go wrong! The National Barbecue Cookers Association (NBCA) vendors at Wisconsin's Best Rib Fest are all award-winners. Come hungry and come back often to try them all!
The NBCA rib vendors are open for business each day during event hours. Join us for brunch, lunch, dinner, and all the snack times in between!
Our special tip: Don't miss out on the Local Cook-Off on Monday to catch upcoming regional stars!
From midway games and rides to giant lawn games, you can enjoy summer fun with your family and friends (some activities are free with your Rib Fest entrance, such as the giant lawn games, others have additional cost, such as the midway rides).
Work up an appetite at the 5K Rib Run. The route is flat and comfortable for all ages and abilities. Walk, run, skip, dance, push a stroller... you do you! We'll see you at the finish with a unique finisher medal.
Don't miss out on the Cornhole Tournament either. It's a great way to enjoy the weekend festivities with your friends!
A Local BBQ Cook-Off and cooking demonstrations add some more excitement and fun to the weekend.
In 2018, we'll again have presentations by local groups, so you can learn more about the community we live in.
You can also enjoy the annual Shake the Lake boat races held in nearby Millers Bay, put on by Badger State Outboard Association, during Wisconsin's Best Rib Fest.
